Conclave Advertisement Program
Enclosed are materials your Chapter can use to sell advertisements in the upcoming Indiana DeMolay Conclave
Souvenir Program to offset all of our costs.
Some of your potential greeting customers might include:
· Masonic Lodges
· Other related Masonic Organizations
· Local businesses
· Parents and other family members
You could mail out Greeting Order forms along with a brief cover letter asking individuals and businesses if
they would lend their support to DeMolay by purchasing a greeting in the program. After the letters have
arrived, you could follow up with a phone call.
Or you could also conduct your greeting sales in person. (Your Advisors might be able to suggest some good
Masonic contact persons that would help you with this project.)

When you submit your greetings, you send in your cost for the greeting space (shown on your Chapter Sales
Summary Sheet) and the fee.

The fees from the advertisements help offset the cost for our members, adult volunteers who safeguard
our members, and those who plan and execute our program at Conclave.
The income generated from the sale of advertisements help pay for meals, lodging, facility access,
meeting space, athletic events, ritual tournament, medals and awards, trophies, souvenirs, and other
equipment and materials needed for the weekend.

File types accepted include: pdf, doc, docx, jpg, tif and a few others. Remember, the page size is 8.5 x
11 inches which is a normal sized piece of paper. Ads that are received outside of that range will be
adjusted to fit the standard size.
