Exhibitors cannot pack or leave early. During the
show time, no exhibit items should be brought
in or out. If replenishment is needed, please do
so before 10 am.
8.
Booth Allocation
Organizer will allocate booths according to booth size and
order of application. Organizer reserve the right to move
exhibitor's booth location depending on hall capacity.
9.
Cancellation
9.1
Organizer reserve the right to postpone or
cancel the show if natural disasters or events
beyond their control occur. In such events, all
received payment will not be refunded.
9.2
After the application is accepted and approved,
the exhibitor is no longer entitled to withdraw
his/her registration or reduce exhibition space.
Any payment received will not be refunded
unless inevitable circumstances occur. In such
cases, a written document must be submitted to
apply for partial refund.
9.3
If exhibitors want to reduce booth size, deposit
(50%) will not be refunded and it cannot be used
to pay for the balance.
9.4
If exhibitors do not check in during the move-in
time, they are deemed as no-show and
organizer have the right to use the booth freely.
Exhibitors cannot object.
10.
Power in Indonesia
10.1
Plug type: two pin round plug
10.2
Voltage: single-phase at 220 volts
three-phase at 380 volts
11.
Exhibition Guidelines
11.1
Exhibits must match the theme of the exhibition.
Otherwise, organizer can remove exhibitors and
not refund any fee.
11.2
Exhibitors cannot sublet booth or use a different
company name. If found in violation, organizer
can remove the exhibitors.
11.3
Exhibitors will take all legal responsibility for any
injury or property loss due to negligence,
mismanagement or mishandling of any
equipment.
11.4
Exhibitors will take joint liability for exhibits and
personnel at the exhibition.
11.5
Exhibitors need to clean all the trash and waste
produced at the end of the exhibition. Exhibitors
will bear all the extra cleaning costs and fine
penalty incurred.
11.6
Exhibitors must attend briefings; absence is
viewed as foregoing decision rights.
11.7
Exhibitors must not violate any patent rights,
trademark, and any intellectual property rights.
11.8
Exhibitors should fill out survey about the
exhibition.

Transportation of Exhibit Items
Exhibit items must arrive at Jakarta before 27 August 2015 to
ensure timely presentation.
7.
Venue Regulation
7.1
Exhibitors must conform to the rules. Those found in
violation could be removed from the exhibition and
possibly forbidden from participation for a year. Floor
loading is 1 - 2 ton/sqm.
7.2
The height of the hall is 8m, with a maximum of 15m.
Booth build up cannot exceed 5m.
7.3
The entranceway for cargo is 6m (W) x 6m (H).
7.4
Hydrant and electrical control panel should not be
covered and should be kept clear at all time.
7.5
It is forbidden to light fires in the hall.
7.6
Minors under 18 are not allowed to enter the
exhibition ground.
7.7
Sale during the show time is forbidden. All exhibits
must be exhibited until 6 pm on the last day.
12.2
If exhibitors do not follow the above terms &
conditions and result in legal disputes, exhibitors
will take all legal responsibility.
Organizer reserve the rights to alter and modify
terms & conditions without prior notice.
