INDO JAPAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE KERALA NIPPON KERALA CENTRE, Kinfa Hi-Tech Park, Kalamassery, Kerala, India 683 503 BUSINESS DELEGATION TO JAPAN JUNE 2015 Indo Japan Chamber of Commerce Kerala (INJACK) is pleased to inform you that it is planning to organise a business delegation visit to Japan in mid June 2015, under the leadership of Hon Minister for Industries, Mr. P K Kunhalikutty. The visit coincides with the “Smart Energy” Expo being held in Osaka and will form a part of this visit itinerary. Major Objectives   . To organise ministry level meetings with Japanese Government officials . To visit the ‘Smart Energy Expo’ being organised in Osaka, and examine the potential of incorporating latest Japanese technologies in the design of Kochi Smart City project and other similar upcoming infrastructure projects in the state.   To have business meetings with head of various successful SME’s, organisations, Chamber of commerce’s in Osaka and Tokyo to help facilitate and build new relationships between SME’s of Japan and Kerala. To simultaneously visit and enjoy the major tourist attractions of Japan. Date and Period of Visit The delegation visit is being planned in the month of June 2015. The tentative dates ex Kochi are from 07th June to 15th June (Approx 7 days inclusive of travelling time). Places scheduled for the Visit The major places being included in the Visit are Osaka, Tokyo, Kyoto, Yokohama, Hiroshima, and Matsue. The detailed itinerary is under finalisation and will be mailed separately to all interested participants. Eligible Participants: - - All members of INJACK/ASA can join the delegation without any formalities other than intimating their interest to do so. . Any other individual who is proposed by a current active member too will be considered favourably. However all such requests received are subject to scrutiny by the committee.
