Alberta ICT Trade Mission to the
International ICT Expo April 12-17, 2015

Alberta International and Intergovernmental Relations will organize an Alberta
ICT Trade Mission to the International ICT Expo in April 2015, inviting Alberta
companies to promote their products, services and technologies at an Alberta booth
at the International ICT Expo 2015.
The International ICT Expo is one of the leading trade events for information and
communications technology in the Asia region. In 2014, over 600 exhibitors from
13 nations presented their innovations to more than 31,000 buyers from
132 nations, with 85% of buyers from the fast growing Asian and emerging
markets (China, Brazil, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, India, Indonesia,
Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore.) The Expo showcases the newest products
and solutions in ICT ranging in scope from business and mobile applications,
e-logistics and retail technologies, enterprise solutions, telecom, networking and
wireless technologies to multichannel intelligent marketing solutions.
Alberta Showcase Booth at the International ICT Expo 2015
In partnership with the Consulate-General of Canada in Hong Kong and the Hong
Kong Trade Development Council, Alberta International and Intergovernmental
Relations invites Alberta companies to participate in showcasing their company at
a dedicated Alberta booth, part of the Canadian Pavilion, at the International ICT
Expo 2015. The booth will be equally shared among the Alberta exhibitors and
participation includes:
• Free panel display in the co-exhibit area in the Alberta Showcase Booth
• Complimentary hotel accommodation of 1 room per company, to a
maximum of 4 nights during the Expo period offered by the HKTDC. (Limited
availability based on first-come, first serve basis)
• Complimentary company profile in the Alberta/Canada Exhibitor directory
• Use of the Alberta Showcase booth as a marketing tool, base of operation and
contact point
• B2B matching services
• Participation in Networking Events, Market Briefing Session and Site Visits per
program

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
Alberta International and Intergovernmental Relations (IIR) is organizing the Alberta ICT Mission to the International ICT Expo 2015 in Hong Kong.
Participants are responsible for their airfares, hotel accommodations, travel insurance and incidental expenses.
I agree to the above noted terms:
I hereby commit my company to participate as part of IIR’s presence/mission. Participation will include but not limited to the tentative delegate program
including: exhibiting at the Alberta Showcase Booth and the participation in the business program arranged for the delegates.
Hold Harmless and Liability
The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Alberta International and Intergovenmetal Relations from any and all third party claims, demands,
actions or costs (including legal costs on a solicitor-client basis) for which the Participant is legally responsible, including those arising out of negligence or
willful acts by the Participant or the Participant’s employees and agents. This hold harmless provision shall survive this Agreement.

In Alberta, the information is collected under the authority of section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. It is protected by the
privacy provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
