Participants are requested to register personally at our office and to sit a placement test. They will get the time-table and be informed which course phase to join. Online booking is only available for absolute beginners (level A1/1). Registration by e-mail or phone is not possible. The registration becomes legally effective upon payment of the course fees. Fees cannot be refunded unless registration is cancelled up to three business days prior to the beginning of the course. Non-attended classes will not be compensated. FEES: Trimester courses (10-16 participants per class) 6 teaching units* per week (54 teaching units in total) tuition fees for one trimester € 335 (two or three days per week, mornings or evenings alternatively) 12 teaching units* per week (108 teaching units in total) € 580 (five days per week ) Semester courses (14-18 participants per class) 15 teaching units* per week (195 teaching units in total) tuition fees for one semester € 840 (five days per week – 3 lessons each, afternoons) February-Intensive course (10-16 participants per class) tuition fee 20 teaching units* per week (56 teaching units in total) € 370 (five days per week – 4 lessons each, afternoons) * 1 teaching unit = 45 minutes 12 COURSE-LEVELS (A1/1, A1/2, A2/1, A2/2, B1/1, B1/2, B2/1, B2/2, C1/1, C1/2, C2/1, C2/2): Curriculum in all phases: conversation, reading, written exercises, listening comprehension, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary Trimester courses cover one phase per trimester in a 6-unit-course, two phases (= one full level) in a 12-unit-course. Semester courses cover three phases per course in general, February-intensive courses cover one phase. CERTIFICATES: A certificate of attendance can be obtained at the end of each course. A certificate with grades is awarded to participants who have attended classes regularly (≥ 80% attendance) and who have taken the final exam. ECTS-points (European credit transfer system) are awarded to students who pass the course.
