Consumer chooses ‘collection’ option at Retailer’s checkout (this allows the Retailer to price the service differently from home delivery). 3. Pop up screen appears on Retailer’s website linking to wnD – allowing the consumer to select their preferred collection location 1. Consumer places their order on the Retailer Start website. End 9.
