The Widnau ice skating club (Eislaufverein Mittelrheintal) invites your teams to participate in the 27th
SwisscupWidnau 2015 synchronized skating competition.

Technical regulations and conditions:
The SwisscupWidnau 2015 will be held in accordance with the current ISU General Regulations 2014, the Special
Regulations & Technical Rules Synchronized Skating 2014 and the valid Technical Rules and Conditions SYS 2014-15
of the Swiss Ice Skating Association (SEV).
The ISU Judging System will apply throughout.

Important: The organizer (EVM) asks the teams in non-ISU categories to carefully study the special and modified
"Technical Guidelines for Competitions in Switzerland 2014/15"

Teams that have taken part in an ISU competition or in an ISU category during the ongoing season must
register in the same category for the Swisscup Widnau.
Official Practice:
Official practice begins on the morning of Saturday 28. February 2015.
Time: 10 minutes for short program
12 minutes for free program, categories Advanced Novice, Mixed Age, Junior, Senior
10 minutes for free program, categories Adults and Basic Novices.
The official training is compulsory for all teams.
Doping:
Doping tests may take place at any time during the competition.
Music:
CD: Two CDs for each program, clearly identified with the names of the team, club and
country, whether for the short or the free program, and with the exact running time of the music
(not the skating time).

Entry:
The entries take place in two stages:
- Form 1 for entering the team
by 31.12.2014
- Form 2 for the names of the team members and
- PPC
(planned program content sheet)
- Reserving meals and accommodation

Attention: The entry fee is due at the time of the entry and is not refundable.
The number of teams that can participate is restricted. The organizer reserves the right to limit
the number on a first come, first served basis.
- 31. January 2015 for the team member list (Form 2), PPC, and the reservation of meals
and accommodation.
All team members must present a copy of their passport or ID card at the time of registration.
Please note:
All non-Swiss teams must have the permission of their national federations to compete
at the SwisscupWidnau.
Entry fee:
All categories: CHF 330.- per team
The entry fee must be transferred electronically by 31. January 2015 to the following account:

Entry fees are non-refundable. The organizer cannot send any paying-in slips.
Liability:
The Swiss Ice Skating Association and the Eislaufverein Mittelrheintal decline all responsibility
for any injury or damage sustained by officials, referees, judges, competitors and chaperons.
Accommodation
and meals
The costs of travel, accommodation and meals are the responsibility of the skaters and their
clubs (refer to the general information on our homepage)

Draw:
The draws for skating order (all categories) take place on the first floor, next to the office
(two representatives for each team).
Judges:
Non-Swiss teams are invited to submit to the organizer the names of their own judges who
have the qualification “National SYS judge“, or who are on the official ISU list of judges for
international competitions or for ISU championships. Please submit the proposals with the
official entry form V as soon as possible, no later than 31. December 2014.
The organizer will pay for the meals and accommodation of the judges from Friday evening to
Sunday evening (27. February – 01st. March 2015). All other expenses are the responsibility of
the individual or of the entering association or club.
Judges Meeting:
The first judges‘ meeting will take place on Saturday 28. February 2015 on the first floor of the
sports centre, two hours before the competition starts.A round table discussion can take place
on Sunday 01st March 2015 after discussion with the referee.

Provisional Schedule:
Attention:
The schedule, and the allocation of categories to Saturday or Sunday, will only be finalized
after 31. December 2014.
The teams therefore need to keep both days free until the definite schedule has been published.
