The College has a pleasure in declaring online admission system for F.Y./S.Y./T.Y.B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. classes
for the Academic Year 2015-16.

• I have migration certificate issued by
the competent authority of the Board.

endorsed overleaf by the Education
Inspector/Education Officer of my area.
(iii) If Other state board:
• I have migration certificate issued by
the competent authority of the Board.
• I have original leaving certificate
endorsed overleaf by the Education
Officer of my district.
Important: Student from ICSE/CBSE and
other state boards must have migration
certificate issued by competent authority.
Important: Student from ICSE/CBSE and
other state boards must have leaving
certificate endorsed overleaf by the
Education Officer of their area or district, as
the case may be.

available, the candidate is not eligible for
admission.

correct, as confirmed data cannot be
changed.
Important: Take two copies of print – one for
submission and one for your reference.

Documents to be submitted for Admission to F.Y.B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.
(1) All Candidates:
• Self-attested Photo-copy of SSC Passing Certificate.
• Original mark sheet of HSC or equivalent examination. (1 Photocopy)
• Original College Leaving Certificate for other College students. (1 Photocopy)
Important: Applicants from ICSE, CBSE, IGCSE, IB Boards are required to get their Original
School Leaving Certificates endorsed overleaf by the Education Inspector/Education Officer
of their area.
Important: Applicants from outside Maharashtra State are required to get their Original
College Leaving Certificates endorsed overleaf by the Education Officer of their district.
(2) Candidates from Boards other than Maharashtra State
• An application for eligibility (available with the college office) along with necessary
documents as prescribed in the application.
(3) Candidates seeking admission in Reserved Category: (Photo copy)
• Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority appointed by the Government of
Maharashtra. (Original for verification)
(4) Candidates seeking admission in OBC/SBC/NT/VJ Category: (Photo copy)
• Photo copy of Non-creamy Layer Certificate valid for the year 2015-16. (Original for
verification)
(5) Candidates seeking admission in Sports/Cultural Quota: (Photo copy)
• Certificate showing that the student has secured 1st or 2nd position at the
District/State/ National level.
• Certificate showing that the student has won Medal at the zonal level.
• Certificate showing that the student has participated in the State/National level
competitions organized by the Indian Schools games Association or Indian Games
Authority.
• Certificate showing that the student has won Medal at the State level or the student
has participated in the State/National level competitions organized by the Indian
Olympic Association or Maharashtra Olympic Association.
These certificates should be authenticated by the District Sports Officer or Zonal Sports
Deputy Director. (Original for verification)
(6) Candidates seeking admission in Cultural Quota: : (Photo copy)
• Certificate showing passing of the examination in Music/Dance conducted by Akhil
Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya. Or,
• Certificate awarded for winning the prize for Acting in the Bal Natya Competition
conducted by the Directorate of Art & Culture.
These certificates should be authenticated by the competent authority in the office of the
Directorate of Art & Culture. (Original for verification)

(7) Candidates of Defense Servicemen/Ex-servicemen: : (Photo copy)
• For Ex-Servicemen: Discharge Certificate or Certificate issued by District Sainik Board.
(Original for verification)
(8) Wards of the Employees of State Government/ Central Government/ Private Sector
coming on transfer in the MMR: : (Photo copy)
Certificate showing transfer of the employee from outside MMR to MMR on or after 1st
October 2010. Further, the ward must have passed std. XII or equivalent examination from
a school/college outside MMR. (Original for verification)
(9) Wards of Freedom Fighters: : (Photo copy)
• Applicants, who are dependent on the freedom fighters and are so nominated by the
freedom fighters, must submit a certificate issued by the District Collector to that
effect. (Original for verification)
(10) Physically Handicapped Candidates: : (Photo copy)
• Certificate issued by the Civil Surgeon or the Medical Officer of any
government/municipal hospital, showing at least 40% disability.
• Students with learning disability must produce a certificate issued by the competent
authority. (Original for verification)
Documents to be submitted for Admission to S.Y./T.Y.B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.
(1) All Candidates:
• Self-attested photo copy of SSC Passing certificate.
• Self-attested photo copies of previous examinations mark sheets.
(2) Candidates from Other Colleges in MMR:
• Digital Transfer Certificate issued by the previous college.
(3) Candidates seeking admissions in the reserved category and special category:
• Documents as stated for the admission of F.Y.B.A./B.Sc. & B.Com. students.
STEP – 3 Payment of Fees:

If on scrutiny your form is found to be
correct along with necessary documents,
then you will be given an Bank Challan in
Quadruplicate.
Copy – I
Bank Copy.
Copy – II Students Copy.
Copy – III Admission Committee Copy
Copy – IV Accounts Section Copy.
Fill in necessary details in the challan and
submit along with Demand Draft drawn in
the favour of the Principal, Ismail Yusuf
College at the ………………… Bank
immediately or latest by the NEXT DAY OF
the submission of admission form.
Important: DO NOT FORGET to collect Bank
Challan from the admission committee
member to whom you have submitted the
form.
Important: REMEMBER to collect Copy – II, III
and IV of Bank Challan after the payment of
fees.

Collect Copy II, III and IV from the Bank and
process them as under:

To be retained by the students.

To be handed over to be admission
committee.
Important: TAKE 2-3 photocopies of the Copy
– II of the Challan and PRESERVE them as no
duplicated copy of challan will be issued in
case of loss.
STEP – 4 Collect ID Card:

Produce Copy – II of the Challan at the ID
Card distribution counter and collect your
ID Card. The concerned person will stamp
Copy – II (students copy) and give it back to
you.
Important: DO NOT FORGET to collect Copy –
II from ID Card Distribution counter and
PRESERVE it for whole year.
Congratulations! You are formally admitted to the College.
