INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY OFFICIALLY MOVES TO NEW CAMPUS IN NORTH SAN JOSE New campus is over three times larger than university’s former home. San Jose, CA - 2/26/2015: International Technological University (ITU) has completed the move to its new campus at 2711 N. First Street, San Jose, CA, effective March 25, 2015. The new campus is located in the rapidly growing area of North San Jose, which is fast becoming a Silicon Valley technological hub. The university will host over 1,500 students during its first trimester as ITU’s primary residence. ITU undertook the move to expand its academic, wellness, and research facilities. The upgraded campus is three time larger than ITU’s former location, and includes a 300-seat lecture hall, a gym, yoga studio, research labs, an improved library facility, as well as additional classrooms, study areas, and faculty offices. ITU President, Dr. Gregory O’Brien, believes the space will offer students a variety of academic and campus life opportunities. Dr. O’Brien said in a statement about the new campus: “This is the beginning of an exciting era for the ITU community.
