The SAT is an important part when applying to universities.
Most universities base their admission decisions on the SAT.
An internationally recognized measurement for college readiness and
scholarship potential.
Class of 2015-2016:
Three sections: Critical Reading, Mathematics and Writing
Length: 3 hours, 45 minutes
Essays are required
Score range: 200–800 per section, including three breaks
600–2400 overall
Class 2017-Beyond:
Two sections: Mathematics and Evidence-Based Reading and Writing
Length: 3 hours
Essays are optional
Score range: 200–800 per section, including three breaks
400–1600 overall

ACT results are used by most colleges and universities to make admissions
decision.
Use of the ACT results in better identification of aptitude and increased
