NEW 30 MINUTE CLASSES:
TRX ESSENTIAL: Make your Body your Machine. Push, Pull, Lift & Lower your body like never before utilizing a suspension strap for those essential major
muscles while building a rock solid core with every move.
ALL CORE TRX: Takes “TRX Essential” and carves out the PURE CORE moves.
BOSU BLEND: Hop on a BOSU (blue half-circle) for unique exercises of total body workouts blending strength and cardio with an EXTRA serving of balance
training to give you a serious core workout.
CARVE CHIP CHISEL: Enhance your body’s capacity with sculpting moves that will carve, chip and chisel.
GRACE & POWER: Flow through cardiovascular moves with squats, planks and callisthenic drills to power your body for a very unique challenge. Barefoot
training is encouraged.
TO THE FLOOR: Rock your body on the mat using no props – Just YOU!
FORM FOCUS: Upper & lower body exercises using light weights with high repetitions to sharpen your form awareness.
CARDIO CLASSES
AEROBIC DANCE: Salsa, Hip-Hop, Jazz...you got it! This class covers it all at an upbeat aerobic rate. A great full body workout for anyone who likes to let
loose and have fun while they work up a sweat.
BODY BLAST: Based on the principles of Pilates, with a non-stop total body workout “Tabata style”, engaging all muscle groups. Focus on your core using
stability balls, hand weights, and body bars. This teaches you athletic knowledge for a fit future – one squat at a time.
CARDIO SCULPT: Cardio and floor routines, interspersed with segments of strength exercises using weights and body resistance. Varying levels of intensity
are offered for each exercise segment.
CYCLE*: Simulates an outdoor bike ride. Enjoy a group experience improving endurance & cardiovascular health while cycling to energizing music. Sign up
required. Reserve a bike a month in advance for $3.
INTRO TO CYCLE: Get properly fitted on the bike and learn the basics to start your cycle program. Sign up & check dates at the front desk.
F.I.T. (Fitness Interval Training): This 45 minute class is a high intensity, low choreography old-school workout. Combine cardio intervals with weight training
intervals to get your whole workout in one! All moves can be modified to your fitness level.
FULL BODY CONDITIONING: A 45 minute heart pumping class with cardio training, plyometric and moves that will condition, reshape and motivate you to
come back for more!
SLIMCYCLE $: A cycle program created with a special focus on personal health and fitness goals. Ride in candlelight as you engage your mind, body, and
spirit in this specialty program that runs in six week sessions---each class is a total body workout (with small hand weights to sculpt/strengthen) in 45
minutes. First class is free, stop by the front desk for details.
STEP & SCULPT: This invigorating class goes back and forth between intervals of classic step combinations that get your cardio going and strength intervals
using weights and/or resistance bands that will tone and strengthen your body.
WILLPOWER & WEIGHTS: Using the same concept as Grace, Power & Strength but taken to a new level! Incorporates light hand weights with variations of
squats and plyometric drills to keep your muscles challenged. Barefoot training is encouraged.
ZUMBA: A fun “feel-happy” workout incorporating a fusion of Latin and international music with dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting and effective
fitness system!
STRENGTH/SCULPT CLASSES
ABS & INTERVALS: This 45 minute class focuses on strengthening the abdominals and entire body through intervals of strength & endurance with a focus on
abdominal and glute work.
BOOTCAMP$: Think burpees, box jumps, partner drills, sprints, push-ups, Tabata, H.I.T.T. drills, weights & endurance training, etc. It’s intense, it’s
indoor/outdoor and always delivers results!
BUILD & BURN $: A small group training program that delivers results and satisfaction. Build muscle and burn calories in this 60 minute class. Expertly
combining weight lifting and toning with cardio intervals. First class is free. Stop by the front desk for details.
POWER & CORE $: This early morning specialty program is a total body workout devoted to strength training and core conditioning. First class is free. Stop
by the front desk for details.
SENIOR FITNESS: A low impact aerobics class designed for the mature IXL member. A gradual warm-up leads into a variety of gentle strength training
exercises, followed by a cardio conditioning segment.
SILVER SNEAKERS: Designed exclusively for older adults who want to improve their strength, flexibility, balance and endurance.
STRENGTH INTERVALS: Combination of cardio and weight training that provides a challenging total body workout.

YOGA & PILATES CLASSES
ACTIVE YOGA: Promotes physical endurance as well as flexibility. Emphasis is on the wave-like motion of breath. Flowing posture sequences that increase
muscular strength and range of motion will loosen and lengthen while calming the body and mind. Yoga experience recommended.
ALL LEVELS YOGA / RISE & SHINE YOGA: Open for both beginners and people with experience. Combines mindful movements, alignment, and breathe, to
renew mind body and spirit. Modifications and adjustments are provided.
FLOW YOGA: Invigorates the body, quiets the mind, and brings a sense of balance and well-being to your life. Special attention is given to sequencing with
the breath, proper alignment of postures, and developing a sense of mindfulness. Yoga experience is recommended.
GENTLE YOGA: An intro to basic yoga poses. Emphasizes stretching, body alignment, and the coordination of breath with movement. Creates breath
awareness, enhances balance, and increases flexibility. Great for beginners to yoga or those that are experiencing joint sensitivity, overall stiffness due to
lack of activity, or other physical limitations.
RESTORATIVE YOGA: Specific to the individual with previous injuries and/or special needs. Special attention is given to proper alignment of poses.
RESTORATIVE STRETCH: A gentle workout that combines elements of yoga with relaxation and breath work techniques.
VINYASA YOGA: Same as Flow Yoga but all levels welcomed.
PILATES: This mat class improves the body’s alignment and posture, while strengthening the core, abdomen, lower back and hips.
