1. REGISTRATION
Open to the children or grandchildren of current IPA members. Each IPA section can send two
applicants with the option of a third if there are enough places free. Registration will start on 1st
January 2015, closing date for registration: March 31th 2015. Please note that we will not accept
any registration forms before that date. The number of participants is limited to 50 and will be
handled on a «first-come, first-served» basis: [email protected]
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Participants must have reached their 16th birthday but not their 18th
birthday on 1st August 2015 (beginning of IYG 2015) !
2. COST
The cost of €700 per child exclusive of Air Travel costs and includes accommodation, meals,
transport, all excursions and coach travel within Spain. Child must be in possession of travel /
health insurance which covers Sports Activities.
A deposit of €200 should be paid to bank account prior to February 28th 2015. The balance of
€500 should be paid prior to March 31st 2015.
Cancellation: Deposits will be returned, upon request, prior to February 28th 2015. No
withdrawal, without the payment of the balance prior to March 31st 2015 and no news from you:
the reservation will be canceled and the deposit of 200 € will not be refunded. Bank charges are
the responsibility of participant.
