Junior Achievement of New York Announces
A New Addition To Board of Directors
NEW YORK, NY – Today, Junior Achievement of New York, one of the oldest organizations devoted to economic education
and entrepreneurship in the NYC and Long Island area, announces its newest appointment to the JA New York Board of
Directors, Keith Pinniger, Managing Director and Head of the Special Asset Pool for Citi Holdings, Citigroup/Citigroup Global
Markets. Since 1929, JA New York has worked to provide K-12 students with the knowledge and skills they need to own their
economic success, plan for their future, and make smart academic and economic choices,
A seasoned professional with over 15 years of progressive experience in the investment
banking and capital markets arenas, Mr. Pinniger directs and manages all aspects of a
$28 billion global distressed asset/ work-out business including but not limited to
trading decisions, risk controls and management, business planning, financial planning,
and personnel management.
At Citi Holdings, he coordinates and manages a dedicated 14-person team. His areas
of expertise include business management, fixed income, and equity products and
markets, risk oversight and controls, securities trading, corporate finance and
investment banking, structured credit products transaction origination and execution as
well as financial and strategic planning. Prior to his current role, he served as the
Director of Special Asset Pool and the Vice President of Global Structured Credit
Products Group for Citigroup Global Markets.
Mr. Pinniger began his career with Paramount Pictures as a Senior Financial Analyst
with the Corporate Television Planning Group. In addition, he has worked with some
of NYC’s top rated global investment firms and banks including IXIS Capital Markets,
Banc One Capital Markets, SC Cowen Securities Corporation and Salomon brothers.

capabilities will help us to grow and expand our program offerings to new schools and communities in NYC and Long Island."
Mr. Pinniger is a graduate of University of California, Los Angeles, CA with a BA in Economics with department honors. In
addition, he holds a Master in Business Administration from John M. Olin School of Business, Washington University in St.
Louis, MO.
