our broker partners. The change has improved productivity and the pace at which we communicate with
our broker partners and has resulted in some fantastic feedback.
To ensure that everyone is benefitting from this change, please be mindful that approval advices are
emailed securely from an unmonitored mailbox named ‘MortgageCredit’ and please ensure that you
direct all replies and supporting documents to the following:

For new business applications, please email them to [email protected] quoting the
reference number

For variation applications, please email them to [email protected] quoting the reference
number.
Furthermore if you need to speak directly with the Credit Officer assigned to your application, please
contact them on their extension as below:
