Please note Citibank have made the following changes effective Monday 16th March:
1. Based on data released for September Quarter 2014, the new Annual Livings expenses to be
used in Citi’s capacity test have been updated
2. Based on CPI data released for December Quarter 2014, the new Minimum Monthly Rental
Amount will be set at $756 per month.
These values will be reflected in Version 5.6 of the Servicing Capacity Calculator available at
www.mortgagebroker.citibank.com.au
Furthermore a reminder that supporting documents can be sent to the following:


For new to bank loans email [email protected]
For variations email [email protected]
When emailing please ensure you note the below:





Include the Citibank reference number but please do not copy the credit officer
That the information within the emails is to be in a non-editable format (i.e. PDF or scanned
document)
It is highly recommended you encrypt (Winzip or PDF protection) and please supply a password
If possible, send as black & white scale instead of colour/grey scale to limit issues with illegible
documents and images
Limit size to 10MB per email.
