Absentee – Rina Chadha (RC)  Approve the minutes from last meeting.  SA presented bank statements of 2014. All members worked in recognizing the payments and receipts since previous treasurer Chandeep Singh Sahni (Jan – Sep 2014) has not returned check books, receipts or any SSNEF material. Therefore, compilation of financial statement is difficult and may not be accurate.  After deliberations all members decided to keep the current timings of Sunday Kirtan Darbar (10 AM to 12:30 PM).  The maintenance duties – o Lawn care – NS o Cleaning bathrooms – Bobby & IK o Light bulbs – ISB o New trash containers from City – SS o Security monitoring system – Gul Paryani, SS & NS  All members agreed to sell the projector as it’s not being used. First choice will be given to the members and then post it on Craigslist & eBay.  SSNEF to accept the smile.amazon.com membership to receive 0.5% donations from all purchases at amazon.com by the members with SSNEF as their favorite charity.
