Mountings
Stitch
Print head mountings GHVLJQHGVSHFL¿FDOO\IRU the JetXpert are available for Xaar, Kyocera, Konica Minolta (KM512 and KM1024), Dimatix 6&ODVV4&ODVV6WDU¿UH
and Samba),Trident, Seiko Epson and Ricoh (Gen4 and Gen5) heads. New mountings are always being designed and custom mountings are available.
The Stitch Analysis Tool for JetXpert automatically records drop formation in a single image, allowing the user to quickly see the impact of changing ink formulations and waveforms on drop formation. It’s perfect for marketing, and collaboration with customers and colleagues. Ink Collection

Latency
A special ink collection system was designed for use without obscuring the cameras’ view of the droplets or the faceplate. Sliding into the calibration slot, the 6” tray can collect ink from most print heads in most positions. The angled bottom drains jetted ink through an outlet port, into a reservoir.
To minimize start up times in R&D, a universal single color ink delivery module that works with both aqueous and UV curable inks is available. The design maintains meniscus OHYHOGXULQJ¿ULQJ

JetXpert Latency provides two powerful tools to analyze the behavior of the ink after periods of non-jetting: Latency Multi-Drop, and Latency Sweep. )RUGURSLQÀLJKWDQDO\VLV
