Christine Rademacher Ehn — Demand Planning Analyst - Customer Level Planning and Category Lead at Wrigley
Through a variety roles in both the CPG and Healthcare fields, these experiences have provided great exposure to planning from a
production, demand and inventory perspective.
Recently I was in a newly developed role within the Wrigley Commercial organization known as "Short-Term Demand Planning". This
position allowed me to generate the short-term demand planning role from the ground up including development of the overall process,
analytical tools and cross-functional communication and reporting. Andy holds a Ph.D. in Economics with a focus in time series
econometrics and financial economics.

Johannes (Hannes) Hunschofsky – Executive VP Global Operations at Hoerbiger
Hannes Hunschofsky is Executive Vice President Global Operations in charge of the Business Division Production of HOERBIGER
Compression Technology Holding. In this position he is overseeing the Global Operations of all twelve of HOERBIGER Compression
Technology production plants in Asia, Europe and the Americas, generating a production output of 320M Euro with 2,100 employees
worldwide.
Hannes joined HOERBIGER in 1999 and has more than 30 years of experience in leadership positions in the Oil, Gas and Energy Markets
both in Europe and the United States, with companies like GE Jenbacher (former Jenbacher Energiesysteme AG) and August Storm.
Hannes is an active Board of Directors member for several state and national manufacturing advocacy organizations, including the
National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) in Washington, DC. Florida Governor Rick Scott appointed Hannes as a member of the
Florida Economic Development Team in 2010.
Hannes earned his B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management from the National Polytechnic Institute in Innsbruck,
Austria in 1980 and his MBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the University of Innsbruck in Innsbruck, Austria in 1987.
Pete Alle — VP Supply Chain at Oberweis Dairy
Pete Alle is VP for Supply Chain at Oberweis Dairy. This role includes purchasing, quality, manufacturing, distribution, transportation,
home delivery and supply and demand planning.
Prior to joining Oberweis Dairy, Pete was the Senior Director of the Center of Excellence for Customer Service and Logistics at Mondelez
International. In this role, he and his team led global process improvement initiatives and innovation across the supply chain. Areas of
responsibility included implementation of integrated business planning. The name itself suggests a higher level of integration than simply
matching supply and demand. Pete has more than 25 years of experience in the consumer goods field and has been a leader in multiple
functional areas including manufacturing, engineering, distribution, transportation, supply chain strategy, and customer relationship
management. His prior experiences include assignments with Kraft Foods and Booz-Allen & Hamilton. Pete received a BS degree in
Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a MS degree in Engineering from Princeton University.

Judith Schieve – Competitive Intelligence Lead, Systems and Products at Motorola Solutions
Judy Schieve provides advanced competitor and market intelligence for Motorola Solutions' ASTRO® 25 land mobile radio infrastructure
portfolio. As a recognized leader, she quickly transformed the competitive intelligence role at Motorola Solutions into a dynamic function
that is a key part of defining the ASTRO 25 infrastructure roadmap. As part of her role, Judy provides recommendations to senior
management based on research findings. Most recently, Judy has been featured in Motorola Solutions Competitive Intelligence Video
Series, which provides the latest competitive intelligence and bidding strategies to help support global sales enablement.
Judy’s extensive experience in marketing strategy and product management has helped shape her role as the competitive intelligence
lead for ASTRO 25. She has successfully led teams that executed new product launches, including a 3-level certification in 4.5 months and
a cellular enclosure product that achieved $40M in its first year.
She holds a BSEE from the University of Illinois, and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Craig McHenry – Senior Director, New Business Development at The ABIS Group
Craig McHenry has, most recently, served as Director of Competitive Intelligence for Wyeth Nutrition, Nestlé. He spent the past 21 years
in the pharma industry contributing his CI expertise across several business functions including business development, secondary research
and analysis, and market research. Craig played a key role in forming AHP/Wyeths first Business and Competitive Intelligence function,
eventually directing a team of seven within a Competitor Insights function supporting new products and commercial brand decision
makers. He has been a member of SCIP since 1993, is an ACI graduate and enjoys outdoor activities with his family.
Trey McClure — Senior Practice Director, Supply Chain Management at RGP
An engaging speaker, Lloyd (Trey) McClure is an accomplished multi-functional supply chain professional with over 20 years experience
leading global supply chain transformations in public, private & private equity owned corporations. Trey began his supply chain career
living in Germany for 3 years while working in a logistics role with the U.S. Government. Since then he has successfully accomplished
major supply chain development and reengineering work in 4 corporations, both as a leader and as a consultant, and has led or been
instrumental in the implementation & stabilization of global ERP systems including SAP, Epicor9, JBA. His diverse industry experience
spans make-to-stock electronics, process industry chemicals, make-to-order tailored suits and engineer-to-order locomotives. Trey is a
frequent speaker at national supply chain, logistics and leadership development conferences including CSCMP, APICS, Chief Supply Chain
Officer Summit as well as industry specific conferences such as SCMChem. Trey has a BS in General Engineering Curriculum from the
United States Military Academy at West Point, a MS in Operations and Systems Management from the University of Southern California,

Currently teaching strategy at George Washington University and publishing a strategy and competitive intelligence newsletter, Bonnie
has over 30 years of corporate-based knowledge of how intelligence efforts should be designed and implemented to support more
effective decision-making. A charter member of Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP), she served as executive editor
of two major competitive intelligence publications and edited five Competitive Intelligence books, and received SCIP’s Fellow,
Meritorious, and Faye Brill awards for her contribution to the profession.
Alan Anderson – Director of FP&A at Experian Marketing Services
Alan is currently the Director of FP&A for Experian Marketing Services where he actively seeks and delivers on finance efficiencies rather
than organizational expansion to free up capacity for value-add decision support. Prior to joining Experian as a Commercial Finance
Manager on strategic initiatives he developed broad experience across the finance function at Siemens Healthcare with roles in Treasury,
Corporate FP&A, and BU Finance. This 360° view of the finance function has created opportunities for Alan to more easily identify finance
process efficiencies, optimal organization design as well as understand the ancillary costs and benefits of finance initiatives across a broad
set of stakeholders. Alan also holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and enjoys spending time with his
wife and three children.
Erin Lavelle – SVP Finance at Mesirow Financial
Erin Lavelle, MBA, FP&A, is Senior Vice President – Finance for Mesirow Financial, a financial services company headquartered in Chicago,
Illinois. In this role, she oversees Financial Planning & Analysis, External & Internal Management Reporting and Business Intelligence as
well as Payroll and Treasury operations. Additional firmwide responsibilities include: acquisition/disposition analysis, product/client risk
exposure, incentive program design, compensation reporting and offer letter review. Ms. Lavelle was recently selected into the pilot
Mesirow Financial Professional Development program, which was launched to identify and prepare the next generation of leaders at the
firm and actively participates on intradepartmental committees such as Mesirow Financial WomenConnect Associate Group.
Formerly, she was Vice President of Portfolio Management – Auto Group with ABN AMRO Bank, N.V. and held various financial positions
in her six + years with GE Capital Services, Inc. Ms. Lavelle received her MBA in International Business, with honors, from Kellstadt
Graduate School of Business, DePaul University, and her BBA in Finance/Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame. In 2014,
she was in the inaugural class receiving the newly created FP&A certification and participates in design and review for future exams.
For over 10 years she has been asked to speak about budgeting and planning best practices for various Associations. She has been
quoted in publications such as Wall Street & Technology Magazine, on CFO.COM and in Business Finance Magazine among others. She

Jeffrey Bounds – Director of Finance at McGraw-Hill
Jeffrey Bounds is the Director of Finance in McGraw-Hill Education’s Higher Education Division. In this role, Jeffrey provides direction for
the Higher Education Division financial planning and forecasting, including the short and long term strategic financial plan development.
Jeffrey has extensive finance, administration, and engineering experience in diverse industries including manufacturing, logistics, airline,
and learning science. Jeffrey has the proven ability to improve operations, drive long term profitable growth by providing insightful
analysis of investments and financial results and establishing key metrics while evaluating risks and opportunities that help set and
support the business strategic direction. He has been instrumental throughout his career in designing executive and management
financial reporting systems structure and tailored monthly financial reporting to estimate revenue and related expenses as well as identify
areas of improvement in financial performance across diverse functional areas.
Jeffrey is a United States Army Veteran and is described as practical and decisive, yet flexible. Jeffrey earned in B.Sc. in Mechanical
Engineering from Arkansas State University in 1998 and his MBA in Finance from the University of Indianapolis in 2005.
Michael Cooper – Director, Analyst Relations and Competitive Intelligence at GENBAND
Michael Cooper is Director, Analyst Relations and Competitive Intelligence for GENBAND, a CNBC 50 Disruptor and global leader in
embedded and real time communications software solutions in over 80 countries. GENBAND’s market-leading solutions, which are
deployable in the network, on premise or through the cloud, help its customers connect people to each other and address the growing
demands of today’s consumers and businesses for real time communications wherever they happen to be.
Mr. Cooper has extensive experience across all facets of the telecom and real-time communications industry. He began his career as a
software feature engineer for AT&T Bell Laboratories where he received a design patent for his work on OSPS, the next-generation
operator system. While at Lucent Technologies and Alcatel-Lucent, he led teams that contributed to the redesign of the 5ESS switch, cross
business unit strategies, and marketing and analyst relations of Next Generation Networks, IMS, and network transformation. He was
awarded his second patent in the area of supporting voice services over a data network. Michael is married, has 4 children, enjoys sports,
and if you are interested in photography, ask him about his time as a professional photographer.
Arik Johnson – Founder and Chairman at Aurora WDC
Arik Johnson is Chairman of Aurora WDC, the intelligence advisory firm he founded in 1995. After stepping aside as CEO in late 2009,
today Arik serves as Managing Director and lead architect at Aurora’s R&D lab, think tank network and intelligence policy institute, the
Center for Organizational Reconnaissance (COR). Arik is a Fellow of the Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals society and
has chaired SCIP’s annual international conference (2006), served on SCIP’s board of directors (2004 – 2006), won SCIP’s Catalyst award

Tony Reese – Co-Founder at Integrated Business Planning Associates
Tony is the co-founder of Integrated Business Planning Associates and is a visionary leader with passion for bringing exciting products to
market. His early interest in cars led to his first job as an auto mechanic and then into an impressive career in the automotive / motorcycle
industry. Along the way, Tony earned two advanced degrees from MIT and now brings in-depth knowledge of Product Lifecycle
Management, Demand Planning and Operations Planning to clients wanting to implement Sales and Operations Planning processes and its
current best practice form, Integrated Business Planning.
Brian McGill — Senior Principal Finance Manager at WMS Gaming
Brian McGill has over 15 years’ experience within various industries. Brian is currently leading the WMS FP&A team, as it continues to
integrate with Bally after a recent acquisition. Prior to WMs Brian was the corporate controller of Millennium Pharmacy Systems, A long
term care pharmacy provider. Brian was responsible for strategic management of company’s cash flow and daily operations as
Millennium positioned fora sale or merger. Brian also has additional Pharmaceutical experience at Walgreens and Astellas Parma. Brian
also spent 6 years at Sammons Financial Group and also was an auditor at a public accounting firm for 3 years, specializing in Hedger
Funds and Non-profits.

Frank brings over thirty years of extensive “hands on” U.S. and international management experience in virtually all facets of integrated supply
chain and materials management. Through emphasis upon cost control, information enablement, order fulfillment and functional excellence in
all the constituent disciplines, Frank focuses the enterprise on service level elevation, asset optimization and cost reduction. Expanding the
prowess of the organization through full utilization of the extended enterprise has been the primary goal and result of his endeavors.
Frank has held senior level management and partner positions at major consultancies such as BDO Siedman and Cambridge Technology
Partners. Additionally, Frank is the founder and President of International Supply Chain Solutions, a consulting firm that implements integrated
supply chain management applications with business processes. The group has had a substantial impact with clients on service-level elevation,
cost reduction, and asset optimization.
Frank is a respected and recognized thought leader in supply chain management authoring many articles and being frequently quoted in leading
business journals and is in much demand as a speaker on integrated supply chain management and related topics. Frank is on the Governing
Board of the Massachusetts Institute of Procurement and Supply.
Frank has considerable operational experience having held senior supply chain management positions at Siemens, Rockwell, Alcatel, and Digital

Dr. Kasthuri Henry is a financial and performance management leader with 25 years of corporate experience and international exposure. A
native of Sri Lanka, Kas earned her B.Sc. from Bangalore University (India) majoring in Math, Computer Science and Physics. She earned her
MBA from Indiana State University (USA) with an emphasis in Finance and Decision Sciences. With a PhD from Walden University, Minneapolis
(USA), she is actively engaged in consulting, training, motivational speaking as well as publishing through KasHenry Inc. A Six Sigma Black Belt,
Kas’ experiences include CFO at Chicago Teacher’s Pension Fund, Regional CFO at Aon Risk Services integrating US financial operations; Vice
President of Continuous Improvement for the University Division at Career Education Corporation driving effective integration of ERM,
Governance and Six-Sigma to continually improve the educational experience/outcome of students and thereby drive strategy-focused
performance improvement; Sr. VP of Planning and Analysis at HSBC Consumer/Mortgage Lending; and global treasury consultant at Hospira Inc
integrating transactional banking across Asia-Pacific and Europe.
Kas is also a Visiting Professor at Southern Illinois University Public Sector Management, DeVry/Keller Graduate School of Management and
North Park University. She was a member of the North Park University MBA Advisory Board from 2006 – 2009 and currently serves on the DeVry
University Advisory Board. Kas’ contribution at Aon Risk Services and dedication to education through various institutions was recognized by the
Institute of Management Accountants, naming her the recipient of ‘Financial Executive of the Year Award 2006’ for the Mid-America region.
