Juniata Saddle Horse Association 255 Lost Creek Road ● Oakland Mills, PA 17076 ANNUAL TWO-DAY SPRING TRAIL RIDE May 16 & 17, 2015 Please join us for our 38th Annual Two-day Spring Trail Ride! We offer a long or a short ride on Saturday, and a short ride on Sunday. Our beautiful club grounds are located off the Mifflintown exit of Route 322. Take Route 35 N approximately 8 miles. Watch for signs! We furnish all meals beginning Friday night through Sunday dinner. You must provide your own plates and eating utensils. Meal times and ride times will be posted at the clubhouse. A DJ will be spinning your favorite tunes both Friday and Saturday evenings beginning at 8:30 pm. Guests/visitors coming for the dance only are welcome but MUST register at the clubhouse upon arrival. Trail ride fees will be assessed to all individuals regardless if meals are consumed or not. ALL MEN, WOMEN, AND CHILDREN MUST BE REGISTERED TO BE ON THE CLUB GROUNDS. Base camp opens May 14, 2015. Absolutely no camping or dropping off vehicles/campers will be allowed prior to that date. Anyone arriving May 14th will be charged an additional camping fee of $10.00. No camping will be permitted without registration. No reserving camp sites by any means will be permitted. Electrical service available on a first come—first served basis. A reasonable amount of quiet is to be observed from 1:00 am to 6:00 am. Do not tie horses directly to trees. Horses known to kick must be marked with red ribbon. Well mannered studs are permitted, but must be marked with a yellow ribbon and ridden by an adult. All horses must be tied up in camp by 8:00 pm each evening. Out of respect for our landowners, we encourage no alcoholic beverages on the trail. In order to preserve our riding territory, we ask that NO RIDERS LEAVE THE CLUB GROUNDS WITHOUT A TRAILRIDE COMMITTEE MEMBER. No illegal drugs, firearms, fireworks, or underage drinking permitted on the club grounds. ● No glass bottles Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult ● All dogs must be on leash at all times TRAILRIDE CHARGES: Full Weekend—$50.00 Adult $25.00 Child (6-12) Child 5 and under—Free Saturday Only—$ 32.00 Adult $15 Child Sunday Only—$20.00 Adult $10.00 Child *********A $5.00 discount for Pre-Registrations or JSHA Members*********** A deposit of $20.00 must accompany each individual reservation. ***Pre-registration deadline is May 9, 2015.
