Themes
Undoubtedly, culture takes various forms across
time and space. The diversity of societies increases
day after day, necessitating a harmonious interaction
and willingness to live collectively among individuals
and groups with various and multiple cultural hobbies.
Managing the cultural diversity means to acknowledge
and appreciate the individual differences. Moreover,
the diversity concept includes acceptance and respect.
It also means that each person has his own unique self
and awareness of individual differences. Such diversity
may have significant dimensions with respect to origin,
race, gender, sexual orientation, economic and social
status, age, physiological abilities, religious and political
beliefs or other ideologies.

Therefore, it has become a necessity to focus light on
recognition of this diversity, since current work activities
have become more complicated for a larger extent
than in previous years and the research projects have
become larger and more expensive due to the difficult
economic conditions. Another result of economic
deterioration is the dire need to innovation since
competition has largely increased and companies have
resorted to diversity and innovation in other fields than
those of direct and indirect competitors.
