Kämp Group acquires 3 upscale hotels in Helsinki
Kämp Group and Royal Restaurants have agreed on an acquisition where Kämp
Group is acquiring Hotel Haven, Hotel Fabian and Hotel Lilla Roberts.
The arrangement will further strengthen Kämp Group's position as the leading
operator of luxury and lifestyle hotels in Helsinki.
Post-acquisition Kämp Group will operate 9 hotels and their respective
restaurants. Kämp Group’s annual revenue will increase to 65 million euros, the
room capacity will increase to 1,200 rooms, and the staff number to over 400
people.
Current expansion plans include Hotel Lilla Roberts opening in August 2015 and
the 60 rooms’ addition to Hotel Haven in 2016.

As a part of the transaction the family company of the Saari and Hynninen
families will acquire the F6-hotel project scheduled to open in the summer of
2016 with 68 rooms.
Kämp Group is Finnish hotel group, which consists of Helsinki’s most reputable hotels and
restaurants, and Kämp Spa. Kämp Group has approximately 350 employees and its 2014 turnover
was approximately 50 million euros. Kämp Group’s most well-known hotel is Hotel Kämp, which was
