













Accountable as Package engineer for IT passive System, Access Control System (ACS), Building
Management System (BMS) and Public Address Emergency Warning System (PAEWS).
Responsible for the entire structured and backbone cabling (ISP) of Data Centre & IT Rooms in main
Passenger terminal building.
Successfully completed and handed over IT passive system of Data Centre & IT Rooms for active
integration from other Main Contractor.
Coordinating with Engineer and other Main Contractors for all IT and ELV related interfaces and maintain
good relationship with client with no negative feedback.
Responsible for coordinating with subcontractor’s and client to get all IR’s approved.
Coordinating with other MEP services for all site and documents related interface issues.
Coordination with design/architect for the better understanding of the design intent/ER and
implementation of the same at site level.
Co-ordination with design, other subcontractors & contracts team for the resolution of all the
interface/scope gap issues related to IT & ELV systems time to time to facilitate smooth execution works
at site.
Responsible and accountable for maintaining higher standards in Quality and safety by doing frequent
audits.
Meets with Client & subcontractors to discuss scope of project; budgets; performance; variations and
close-out.
Responsible for project cash-flow management: progress billing, collections support and monitoring, and
resource management.
Documenting all types of Correspondence with Client, Sub-Contractor and others.
Setting out Weekly Targets for the Execution team as the Program demands in order to achieve the
Planned Project’s Progress.
Tracking Project Progress with material, manpower, equipment & accessories requirement.


Conducting weekly review meetings with all concerned sub-contractors for tracking the progress as per the
Milestones involved as well as the Total Project progress.
Responsible for timely completion and handing-over of the ELV system as per the target date.
