REPRESENTATIVES OF FINA TECHNICAL COMMITTEES VISIT KAZAN

A series of inspection visits by representatives of three FINA technical committees
and FINA Sports Medicine Committee as well as working visits by EPC, the Kazan
2015 Host Broadcaster, and Dentsu Inc., FINA's marketing agency, is underway in
Kazan between April 20 and 30.
"We are entering a phase of intensive communication and consolidation of all preparation aspects. T his
intensity is growing more and more apparent with every passing week. T he inspections by technical
committees, which represent FINA, along with sports federations from across Russia, and federal and local
ministries and authorities, allow us to have detailed personal discussions of the upcoming Championships,
and to resolve any issues that arise as efficiently as possible," said Azat Kadyrov, Director General of the
Executive Directorate for Sports Projects.
T he Kazan leg of the FINA Diving World Series is coinciding with visits from FINA diving inspectors and from
the FINA Sport Medicine T echnical Committee.
Visits from FINA high diving and water polo experts, as well as from EPC representatives, are scheduled for
next week.
