Global e-Service Brochure

Global E-Service
This is a complete hardware, software, and
network solution designed to improve the
management, security, and productivity of
your Kawasaki-KCM Loader.
Global e-Service is the proprietary telematics system for Kawasaki-KCM
loaders. This system monitors all machine systems and collects operating
data and alerts, which are then transmitted to Equipment Managers,
Dealers and factory support staff at KCMA. This system allows for more
efficient management of fleets, control of maintenance schedules and
notification of alerts that can reduce downtime and operating costs.
Z7 TECHNOLOGY
The Z7 IntelliTech Operating System uses logic
and intelligence to sense and record operating
characteristics of the wheel loader. Our intuitive
system captures every aspect of working
conditions and operating demands. Global
e-Service accesses this information, interprets
it, and records it in a simple format that allows
you to access and manage your fleet. Whether
one wheel loader, or an entire fleet with multiple
locations — you can now quickly and easily
access this information allowing you to make
informed decisions, plan of action, and analysis
of your wheel loader production.
