Open to ALL 2nd through 7th grade students who meet the age and weight requirements listed below.
(Participants do not have to attend Kearsley schools)
TO REGISTER:



PARTICIPANT MUST BE PRESENT FOR WEIGH-IN/SIZING - uniforms are specific to your child, sizing is REQUIRED;
o MMRFL REQUIRES PARTICIPANTS TO BE WEIGHED IN/SIZED DURING REGISTRATION;
Copy of participant’s birth certificate;
Participant’s physical dated AFTER 4/15/2015
**If your child is not weighed/sized they are not considered registered
and will not be placed on teams until ALL information above is provided. **
REGISTRATION DATES:
Wednesday, April 15th 6-8 PM
Saturday, May 16th 10-2 PM
**KYFC accepts Pizza Kit fundraising credit, credit cards, cash, and money orders **NO CHECKS**
**All registrations held at KHS Cafeteria, 4302 Underhill Dr, Flint, MI 48506**
Football - $110 if paid by 5/16/15
**Registration AFTER 5/16/15
$135 includes late fees**
Players must turn 8 years old before 12/31/15
and must not turn 13 years old before 6/1/15.
Maximum weight limit is 170.5 pounds.
Players are placed on teams according to weight, age,
and experience. Registration includes use of helmet,
game pants, practice pants, pads, & mouth guard.
Each player will receive jerseys with their name
and socks to keep. Players must provide
their own practice jersey and football cleats.
Cheer/Dance $110 if paid by 5/16/15

$135 includes late fees**
Open to any child 2nd through 6th grades who does not turn
13 before 6/1/15. Cheerleaders cheer on the sideline during
the home and away football games. Dancers perform at halftime for selected home games. Registration includes the use
of shell, skirt (cheer) or pants (dance), and poms. Each
participant will receive briefs (cheer only), a bodysuit, a
sweatshirt, and a hair bow. Participants must provide their
own shoes (white – cheer; black – dance).
Windsuits are optional and available for additional cost.

Freshman – Up to 90.5 lbs and does not turn 10 years old before 8/16/15
JV – Up to 120.5 lbs and does not turn 12 years old before 8/16/15
Varsity – Up to 180.5 lbs and does not turn 13 years old before 6/1/15
Freshman – 2nd & 3rd grades
JV – 4th & 5th grades
Varsity – 6th & 7th grades

For each Little Caesar’s Pizza Kit sold, families can earn $5.00 towards registration cost
