The OASSA Fall Challenge is set up for both Junior High and High School cheer and dance teams to compete.
The competition will be based on the events below. OASSA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DIVIDE OR COMBINE THE
EVENTS BASED ON SIZE AND NUMBER OF TEAMS REGISTERED. Teams may be split into small/large divisions
based on the following numbers: Large - 12 and above / Small - 11 and below.

Include payment with registration form. ($15 per participant per event; $20 per participant per event if not
postmarked by October 10, 2014).

Your team will NOT be registered UNTIL we receive some form of payment mentioned above. NO REFUNDS (Exceptions
for schools that are in the playoffs and competition time conflicts.)
Completed registration form AND roster with payment must be POSTMARKED BY OCTOBER 10, 2014 to avoid an additional
fee. Late registrations will be accepted at the fee of $20 per participant per event.
NO REGISTRATIONS POSTMARKED AFTER OCTOBER 30 WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Non-competing Alternates may attend the Fall Challenge at spectator price (purchase at door) or enter bldg. with
team (pay with registration); please state your wishes on roster--we’ll contact you if questions.
