When you purchase an item, you usually focus on what you are gaining not on the money you are giving up. Similarly, keep the focus on how you gain from other people and it will free you from focusing on the drawbacks. When you view others in a positive manner, you will be much calmer in your search for strategies to influence them to stop their difficult behavior. For this week write a list of five positive aspects of a person in your life who is difficult to interact with and focus on the positive. This will lead to more peace and serenity within yourself. The groups are conducted by the Bais Yaakov girls who have been watching our children during each of the past Signature Shabbos events. There will be at least 2 girls watching the children every week. The Youth Groups are open to all children, from age 3 (provided they are toilet trained) to 10 years old. All of the groups will be under the direction of Shayne Goldberger.
