Annual Easter Egg Hunt
Saturday & Sunday, April 4 & 5
There’ll be games, crafts, and an extra special prize for the lucky
finder of the golden egg at our annual Easter Egg Hunt!
Mother’s Day
Sunday, May 10
Take a tour of the museum and then stroll through the gardens
while the kids make gifts for Mom and Grandma. Pull up a chair in
our restaurant where we’ll be offering a special Mother’s Day
feature.
Teddy Bear Picnic
Sunday, May 17
It’s time for the little ones’ favourite picnic! Bring your teddy bear
and get ready for some great old-fashioned family fun! Decorate a
cookie to have with your ‘tea’, get glamourous with our Dress-up
Tickle Trunk, make super-cute teddy bear crafts and settle in under
the trees for story-time. Bring your own picnic or sample ours! Our
restaurant will have lots of wholesome, homemade goodies for the
whole family to enjoy.
Father’s Day - Black Powder
Sunday June 21
Muskets, Pistols, Bows and Arrows- and yes, even a cannon!
Celebrate Father’s Day with a bang at our ever-popular Black Powder
event. The Red Mountain Renegades will be back, performing their
amazing and hilarious Wild West Fast-draw Gun show and the Fraser
Valley Frontiersmen will be on site demonstrating antique firearms
and primitive archery. Bring your wallet to take advantage of the
amazing goods we’ll have for sale in our Trader’s Row. There’ll be
live music, fun for the kids and of course, a Father’s Day barbeque!
Waterloo Farm Festival
Sunday, June 28
Bring your gumboots, this event is all about the farm! Get up close
and personal with our farmyard friends and get ready to do some
planting! There’ll be games, garden-themed crafts and milking
demonstrations with the Mobile Dairy Classroom Experience.

Celebrate confederation by exploring your local history! We’ll have
fully guided tours at 12 & 2pm and a tasty BBQ in honour of the
occasion.
Fibre Festival
Sunday, July 5
Calling all spinners, knitters, quilters, weavers and fibre enthusiastscome experience our first ever Fibre Festival. We’ll have vendors,
demonstrations, and animal breeders on hand to answer all your
questions and inspire your creativity.

Ahoy there! Join us for a day of pirate fun for the kids! Activities
include pirate games, crafts and of course, a treasure hunt!

Roaring Twenties
Sunday, August 9
Ready for some 1920’s glamour? Live music, fashion and swing
dancing are all on the cards for this event! Dress in your best 1920’s
fashions for a chance to win great prizes!
Plein Air Painting Festival Friday-Sunday August 14, 15 & 16
Come and see the competitors as their paintings develop! All
completed paintings will be displayed for the public on Sunday from
11am-1pm for the People’s Choice voting. Winners will be announced
at the festival luncheon on Sunday which is open to the public by

Summer Carnival - Visitor Appreciation
Sunday, August 23
Back by popular demand—our old-fashioned Summer Carnival! A
festive bash we throw to celebrate all our partners and supporters,
this event is ‘admission by donation’. There’ll be live music, carnival
games, market stalls, face-painting, crafts, a barbeque and loads of
prizes for the kids!
Autumn Harvest Festival
Sunday, September 13
Witness an apple cider pressing demonstration on our 100 year-old
apple press and browse our mini farmer’s market for delicious local
foodstuffs while the kids make autumn-themed crafts. Sample our
salmon barbeque and for those with a competitive spirit—enter our
competition for the best Apple pie!
Thanksgiving

Don’t miss our famous Thanksgiving dinner! We’ve had visitors come
from as far away as Kamloops and Vancouver for our Roast Turkey
special. Reserve early to guarantee a spot! Sittings at 12pm, 2pm,
and 4pm.

Something wicked this way comes... the Kilby Kids Halloween Party!
Among our treats for this year: a costume contest, an interactive
scavenger hunt, spooky crafts and games and last but not least, a
live magic show. Sponsored by the Agassiz-Harrison Lions Club!
Bald Eagle Festival
Saturday & Sunday, November 21 & 22
We’ll be celebrating the return of thousands of Bald Eagles as they
overwinter in our region to feast on the spawning salmon in the
