Vendor Application Deadline: When Full: Spaces are Limited! It is recommended that if you plan to attend,
sign up EARLY with a deposit ASAP to hold your space.
You will be notified of your acceptance with a confirmation / information packet.
The undersigned agrees to comply with all conditions set forth by Larry Baker and Kingman Bluegrass Festival and
hold them harmless from any liabilities for activities connected with this show...We reserve the right to remove
any misrepresented items from your booth.

This signed form must be on file with Larry Baker and Kingman Bluegrass Festival
1. This is an outdoor event. Tables, chairs, extension cords, booths, canopies, signs, displays or any other
equipment will NOT be provided by Larry Baker or Kingman Bluegrass Festival.
2. One photograph of your booth set-up and one of your items to be sold must be submitted with your application
and fees.
3. All food booths will be required to have approved fire extinguishers and Health Permits. All costs associated
with obtaining the above will be the sole responsibility of each respective vendor.
4. Any signs and/or banners must be professionally done as no hand written material will be allowed.
E-Z up/Caravan type canopies are required…..No flea market type coverings will be accepted.
5. Please understand that Larry Baker and Kingman Bluegrass Festival are solely responsible for the vendor
area, and reserves the right for placement of all booths. Those who request a specific booth location must
make the request in writing and understand there are no guarantees.
6. No leftover food, cooking oils or grease will be dumped into trash cans. Dumpsters will be available. All booth
holders are responsible for cleaning their respective area during and at the close of the event.
7. All items to be sold must be indicated on your application as there will be NO DUPLICATIONS of food.
8. All vendors must provide an additional insured naming: Kingman Bluegrass Festival, LLC, Don & Jo Stetson,
Stetson Winery, LLC & Larry Baker as additional insured. This must be submitted 30 days prior to the festival or
set-up will NOT be allowed.
9. Electricity is very limited and will have an additional charge. If you require electric please phone for details.
Be sure to check your equipment before arriving and accessing power on-site.
10. Requests for refunds for booth space fees must be done in writing 30 days before the scheduled event.
We understand issues do arise which we cannot control, and we will be sensitive to theses issues should
a refund be requested. Keep in mind there are no guarantees.
11. If you or your company paid and do not show up for the event and DID NOT NOTIFY Larry Baker in writing
30 days in advance you may be disapproved for a refund. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN WITHOUT 30
DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE and are not guaranteed.
12. Larry Baker and Kingman Bluegrass Festival reserves the right to have removed from the event, any person,
persons or business dispensing food or merchandise that is not of high quality. Anyone who is violating any law
or festival regulation or who is conducting himself/themselves in a manner which would be detrimental to the
spirit of the show or festival will be asked to leave without a refund. If upon request by Larry Baker to remedy
any condition deemed either unhealthy or unacceptable to Larry Baker and the vendor does not comply, the
vendor shall be removed from the show and NO REFUND shall be given.
13. In the event the vendor, in any respect, violates the terms or intent of this agreement, all payments and fees
to Kingman Bluegrass Festival shall be considered earned and forfeited. Larry Baker & Kingman Bluegrass
Festival shall have the right to occupy the vacated space.
14. Larry Baker nor Kingman Bluegrass Festival are not responsible for loss or damage to Vendor personnel or
Vendor personal property.
