2nd Annual Earth Day Endurance and Competitive Ride
Information Sheet
Toyota Trinidad and Tobago Limited (TTTL) in appreciation of our valued customers and the community will host
our Second Annual Earth Day Cycle Classic on Monday 06th April 2015 (Easter Monday). The Cycling will
commence at our Head Office at 130 Seventh Street, Barataria thence to our San Fernando Branch at 100 Michael
Rahael Boulevard, South Park, San Fernando and back to our Head Office.
The ride will start promptly at 6:30 am and will proceed east along the Churchill Roosevelt Highway then turn south
along the Uriah Buttler Highway to San Fernando. The average speed for this leg is expected to be 17 mph.
On the return leg from San Fernando, Endurance Cyclist will be excorted back to Toyota’s Head Office in Barataria at
an average return speed of 18 mph. Competitive Riders will be escorted by a pace vehicle at an avergae speed of
20 mph to the chaguanas over pass. The speed will then increase to 25 mph until the Monroe Road Overpass. The
speed will then increase to 27 mph until the Caroni Bird Santuary where speed restrictions will be lifted for a race to
Toyota’s Head Office in Barataria.
A commomerative medal and refreshments will be provided for each participant.

Endurance Cyclist – Advance registration $40.00
- On the day registration $60.00 (Registration closes promptly at 6:15 am)

1. The Cycle Club with the most participating members to finish the course will be awarded $2,000.00
(A minimum of 10 Club Members must register and particpate to qualify for this prize)
2. The First four (4) Toyota Customers to cross the finish line will each be awarded a Service Voucher
worth $1,000.00 to be used at any of our Branches for Service Labour Discount.
