Description:
Solving problems in a practical and repeatable manner ensures a higher level of success. Participants will learn the tools and necessary steps to prevent the reoccurrence of
problems by eliminating its cause . This is not a exercise in theory but a practical application of the tools using the clients own problems. Kaizen Institute follows the 8 step
methodology to problem solving made famous at Toyota
Objective:
To provide the participants with the knowledge and skills to start solving problems using the 8 steps. This can be used to create more reliable processes, improve service levels,
create shorter lead-times, decrease capital expenditures deliver reduce costs and improve quality levels internally and externally.
