SCREEN PRINTING ON WORKWEAR
“Screen printing is an exceptionally cost effective method of branding clothing”
All screen printing is completed in-house enabling us to have excellent quality control & fast
turnaround times. We are able to screen print in any location on virtually any hi visibility garment or
item of work wear clothing. This method of printing has no real boundaries within reason. We are
able to print single color, multiple colors and even reflective colors in quantities from 10 – 10000.
SINGLE COLOUR PRINTING
This is the most cost effective method of branding your clothing. Many
companies will change their corporate logo to a single colour especially when
branding hi-visibility garments as it can have the most impact.
MULTICOLOUR PRINTING
This style of printing will really bring your corporate identity to life where an
exact match in color and style is required. We are able to even reproduce
photographic prints if you so wished.
Set-up Charges
There is a minimal one time set-up charge for custom decorated garments, this
differs for screen printing and embroidery. Many companies may claim to
have NO set-up charges but you end up paying for them in the form of
inflated per garment costs, especially on re-orders. We do NOT apply set-up charges on
reorders.

EMBROIDERY FOR WORKWEAR
"Embroidery offers an eye-catching & long-lasting way to brand your Clothing"
Embroidery is the process of sewing a company logo or design onto an item of clothing. Our
embroidery is completed in-house enabling us to have excellent quality control & fast turnaround
times. Embroidery creates the impression of quality and style and is a great way of branding all
types of clothing particularly those which cannot be decorated using alternative methods.
ARTWORK DIGITISATION
In order for us to be able to use your artwork we have to convert it into a format that an embroidery
machine understands. This is the process of digitization or punching. A DST file is created which
instructs the embroidery machine how to sew the stitches that recreate your design. We charge a
one-time set-up fee for this per embroidered design.
Pricing
Embroidery is ideal for small corporate logos becoming less cost effective the larger the design. If
you wish to find out how many stitches are in your logo, e-mail us your design and we'll advise the
best method for branding your clothing.
