Rehearsal Schedule

There are NO SCHEDULED SATURDAY CLASSES
Please follow this rehearsal schedule.
All dancers must be dressed in dance gear with hair up, ready to rehearse at
the assigned time. Dancers may change in the changing rooms then store
their belongings in Studio B.

Studio C - Costume Handout
Parents may pick up and sign for costumes and information packets during
their dancer’s rehearsal time. (See back for details.).
Because space is very limited at the studio,
we are unable to allow parents to watch rehearsals.
Once we are at the high school there is plenty of room for
everyone and you can watch every rehearsal. Thank you!

then click on the rehearsal date.
Costume Handout
While your dancers are in rehearsal in Studio A, please come into
Studio C and pick up their costumes. You will be given a packet
with important information about pictures, rehearsals and Spring
Performance.
As you enter Studio C you will find a table with three lines divided alphabetically
by parents’ last name. You will be able to pay past due balances and sign up to
volunteer if you have not already done so. All accounts must be current for
costumes to be picked up.
Costumes cannot be given out to dancers; a parent must pick them up
and sign for them. Please call the KTB office if there is a problem with
picking up your dancer’s costume.
Please have your dancer try on their tights. Once you’ve confirmed that the
tights fit, please put your dancer’s name in
each piece of their costume including tights and headpieces.
(NOTE: Matinee performers’ headpieces will be kept by the instructor and
handed out at each rehearsal to ensure they don’t get lost.)
If the tights are not the right size we will be happy to exchange them
IF they are in the original package.
Please, do not allow your dancer to eat or play in their costume.
Costumes are special ordered and cannot be replaced on short notice.
Also do NOT wash costumes until AFTER the performance.
Many are hand dyed and washing will change the color.

Monday, May 4th &Tuesday, May 5th - KayHi Auditorium - Dress Rehearsal (Orange Schedule)
Thursday, May 7th - Rehearsal - Final Dress Rehearsal (Red Schedule)
Friday, May 8th & Saturday, May 9th - Evening Performance - 7:30pm (Blue Schedule)
Saturday, May 9th - Afternoon Matinee Performance - 2:00pm (Hot Pink Schedule)
