AGREEMENT BETWEEN SPORTS ACADEMY AND CLUBS/PARENTS/GUARDIANS

That:
1. Transfer of player(s) from a colts club will constitute a requiring payment of a fee
to be determined between Kumasi Sports Academy and the club involved.
2. A loan move from Kumasi Sports Academy to another club will not constitute a
transfer requiring payment of any fee to the colts club.
3. When the player obtains a move to another club in futre (locally or abroad),
Kumasi Sports Academy will pay the colts or the former club 20% of the transfer
deal.
4. When the player is invited to the national team, bonuses from qualifies,
championship and tournament will be apportioned as follows:
a. 50% to the player
b. 20% to parents or guardians of the player.
c. 30% to sports Academy – Kumasi
5. Kumasi Sports Academy has the right to release the player at any time and to any
club that it chooses, if the player fails to progress.
