To provide additional funding and booster support for the EKMW School track and cross country athletes. Objective: The EKMW Track Club youth initiative seeks to support and expand high quality programs that attract diverse ethnic and socialeconomic youth and that promote character building, education, active healthy and drug free behaviors, including event participation in track and field and cross country/road running. This is our annual fund raiser which helps support the local track team from EKMW (Elizabethtown, Keene, Moriah and Westport). With limited funding from the local schools it is necessary for us to raise additional monies for equipment, uniforms and expenses to support the participation of our local track and field /cross country student/ athletes. Last year’s race raised $3,000 which was used to buy jerseys and a competition tent for the athletes. Please join the fun and participate in honoring Dan McCormick and support our local youth.
