employee complaint. Then we realize that
understanding and having an effective
knowledge of how to conduct these inves-tigations is a very important tool in discovering problems and
preventing reoccurrence. However, each problem comes with its
own demands and choosing the right method of investigation is
imperative. Please join us as Dan C. Dargene from Ogletree
Deakins guides us on how to conduct and effective investigation.
Dan has been representing employers in labor and employment
matters since 1981. Dan provides a variety of services to his
clients, including litigation, training, and dispute resolution. His
years of experience help clients make the best decision.
Dan Dargene was admitted to practice from the U. S. District
Court, Eastern, Northern, Southern and Western Districts of
Texas; from the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth, Seventh, Eight and
Member: $15.00 Tenth Circuits as well as from the Supreme Court. Has been
Board Certified Labor and Employment Law since 1989 and has
received honors and awards for over 30 years. He is the Labor
Law Committee Director of the State Bar of Texas and is in the
Employee Relations Committee of the Texas Association of
Student Chapter: Business and is part of the Dallas HR— SHRM Chapter.
