Terms & Conditions for Wholesale Accounts:






Valid business license.
All Wholesale Orders must be paid in full at time of order. Wholesale Account status is not
a grant of credit.
There is a minimum order of 15 items. All wholesale account holders will receive a
discount off our retail prices.
o All orders of 14 or less will be charged retail cost.
o All orders of 15- 24 items will have wholesale prices and be charged actual
shipping cost
o All orders over 25 items will have wholesale prices and ship for free.
Wholesale orders are only shipped to the wholesale account owners. Langley Metal Works
does not offer drop shipping services.
Wholesale Account Holder shall not allow another person/corporation/legal entity to use
their individual wholesale account to make a purchase. If any attempt is made by an
individual other than the Wholesale Account Holder to make a purchase using this unique
wholesale code, the wholesale account will be immediately cancelled.
Single item custom pieces are not eligible for wholesale pricing. All custom items designed
by LMW will be charged retail pricing unless noted otherwise by LMW.
