Tiny Devotions was founded in 2009 and is a web-based, online retailer. Our mission is to encourage our community

London, Ontario but have customers worldwide both through our online store and our wholesale retail partnerships.
Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing manager is responsible for servicing the needs of our existing customers, increasing
business opportunities through various routes (online and wholesale), the management of sales personnel and the
Company’s strategic marketing plan. This role is 70% doing, and 30% delegation.
Core Accountabilities:
Collaborates with management team in establishing and recommending sales goals for the company.
Suggests and implements effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
Daily supervisor for all in-house sales team members and outside sales reps, and assists in recruiting for sales
positions in conjunction with Human Resources.
Builds business opportunities by initiating, qualifying and closing sales with businesses (yoga studios, boutiques,
spas, hotels, and other on brand wholesalers), requires high-volume of sales calls.
Targets new sales opportunities, conducts wholesale lead generation and assists in developing new accounts.
Provides high level of customer service, follow-up, and support as necessary.
Responsible for ensuring the team performs to high customer standards, and monitors customer complaints are
resolved on timely basis.
Maintains accurate records of sales activities and outreach contact information within the CRM (close.i.o)
Forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly revenues.
Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
Educates sales team by establishing and organizing training in the areas of new account sales and growth, product
information, etc.
Reviews and approves employee expenses as it relates to mileage etc.
Represents the Company at trade meetings/industry conventions and promotes Company products.
Conducts market research and competitor and customer analysis.
Responsible for marketing strategy and execution (social media, newsletters, collaborations etc)
Required Skills/Experience:
A University degree in marketing or business studies is preferred.
Minimum of seven years in Sales experience in the B2B environment.
Dynamic, high performance, and results-oriented person.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Initiative and enthusiasm.
Proficient with online advertising including Google ads, Facebook ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and
retargeting ads.
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written, including impeccable spelling and grammar.
Strong public speaker and presenter for internal/external audiences.
Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
Prove ability to motivate and lead a sales team.
Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
Passion, knowledge and involvement in yoga and/or other fitness activities is a
must-have.
Mad computer skillz; this includes proficiency in Microsoft Office, an ability to type quickly and accurately, and a
strong understanding of how to navigate the internet.
Has own vehicle and driver’s license.
