The Fresno Paralegal Association, in partnership with the Pulido Law
Group and the Central Valley Chapter of La Raza Lawyers Association, invites
you to attend our upcoming continuing legal education event.
Crimmigration:
The Intersection of Criminal Law
and Immigration
This
complex
field
concerns
the
immigration
consequences of criminal acts. For the past nineteen
years United States immigration laws have changed
dramatically, most noticeably in the areas of detention
and
removal
(deportation)
of
non-citizens with

criminal convictions. Any criminal client who is not a
United States citizen, and is convicted or even
arrested for certain crimes can be subject to serious
immigration consequences. This CLE will cover Red
Flags the Criminal Defense Attorneys should be
aware of when representing a Non U.S. Citizen.
Reynaldo C. Pulido Biography:
Attorney Reynaldo has been practicing law since
2010. His experience and expertise lies in
Immigration, Criminal Defense, and Post Conviction
Relief.
Reynaldo received his BBA in Accounting from
Pacific Union College and received his Juris
Doctorate in Law from the University of Tulsa.
