(maximum 6 persons of the same family on
the pitch).

BOOKING FOR A MINIMUM STAY OF 7 NIGHTS.
ARRIVAL AFTER OR DEPARTURE BEFORE THE
PEVIOUS DATES
In case of arrival after or departure before the previous
dates announced in the booking, whatever the reasons,
no reduction or no repayment bill will be accepted.
The bad weather do not constitute a valid proof to
take up or cancel a stay.
CANCELLATION
Only a written cancellation will be accepted. Other
means aren’t allowed : phone messages are not
admitted. A pitch unoccupied the D Day of the booking
can be given to other campers 24 hours after the day of
the previous arrival.
If the client have not send written message which
indicates the change in the date of arrival, the total
payment will be ansked.
Cancellation : the deposit given at the booking will be
collected.
CAMPING’S RULES
Arrivals should be maid about 2 p.m. Departures before
11. If the departure is maid after 12, an additional day is
collected.The payment is accepted the day before the
departure.
BARBECUE FORBIDDEN ON THE CAMPSITE
(except gas one). A barbecue is provided in a safe area.
The rubbish must be put in individual sacks and throw
into the dustbins. Separate glasses and plastic bottles in
order to recycle them.
We do not accept child under 18 without their parents on
the campsite.
The number of person allowed on the pitch is 4 persons ;
except if the family is composed of 2 adults and 4
children (maximum 6 persons of the same family on the
pitch).
DOGS
Always be kept on a leash on the campsite and never
left alone or shut up in cars, tents, caravans or
motorhome.

Thefts : the Direction is not responsible on thefts
committed on the ground. The users of the camp are
invited to take all the usual precautions for the
protection of their equipment.
Campers are asked to avoid noise and loud discussions
which could disturb their neighbours. The sound of the
radios must not be heard on the neighbour’s pitch.
The shut of the cars door and boots must be as discreet
as possible.
Silence must be total between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. on the
campsite, playgrounds and also in the facilities block.
Driving is limited at 10 km/h. It is forbidden to drive on the
campsite between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
At 10 p.m., all campers have to let their cars at the car
park. Toilets are lightened only till 11:30 pm.
Visitors cars must always be let at the car park and meet
the owner of the campsite at the reception.

SECURITY ON PLAYGROUNDS
Children use swings on playgrounds under the
responsibility and parents surveillance.
In consequence, we are not responsible for the possible
accidents.
Playgrounds are closed at 10 p.m.
No embarrassing games must be organized inside and
ouside the facilities block.
RESPECT THE PROPETY OF THE FACILITIES
Facilities must always be left clean by any campers.
We clean the facilities every day from 15 to 16.30 and we
do not want to close the facilities block especially for you,
so do not disturb us at work.
Please during that time, no shower and no washing-up.
For the toilets, use the one close to the reception.
The pitch will be let in the original state if holes or little
trenches are diged to drain rainwater off.
The owner of the campsite is responsible for the general
order and the well looked-after of its campsite. He can
punish campers for having not respected the present
rules.
