North Fork Resort, Front Royal, Virginia Bulletin Issue #2 - January 2015 WINTER CAMPING INFORMATION Winter camping fees are $30.00/month, covering 4 nights/month, and MUST be prepaid. Additional days are charged at $7.50 per day and may not accumulate more than 7 days. If prepaying for entire month the daily fees are $202.50 for January, $180.00 for February, and $202.50 for March. If fees are not paid your reservation will be cancelled immediately. Once your reservation is cancelled it may not be reinstated for 2 weeks. During winter camping you will be given an index card to initial the date and time at each check-in and check-out. A car pass will be issued, but must be turned in each time you exit the resort. Remember! You must occupy your RV for 2 overnights each month & you must be UNPLUGGED from all electricity while checked out. 2015 Maintenance Fee $835.00 - Due March 31, 2015 Payment Options Option #1 - 2 Payments of $427.50 Due: March 31 & May 31 Option #2 - 3 Payments of $285.00 Due: March 31, April 30, & May 31 *Late fees included in payment options 2015 RV Inspections will begin mid February.
