A very warm welcome to you all to
the campsite at Let’s Rock Bristol,
your home for the next few days!
We want you to have a fantastic time and hope
you’ll be able to relax and enjoy everything on
offer.
Our stewards are here to look after you so
please don’t hesitate to speak to them if you
have any questions - they want to hear from
you!
If you do have time, try to have a look around
the Ashton Court Estate before you leave. As
well as the festival you can enjoy everything
the estate has to offer, with over 800 acres of
woodland and grassland and many activities.
There are 2 18-hole golf courses and you can
hire mountain bikes from the estate to explore
the large numbers of tracks!
Camping Policy
The camping area at Let’s Rock Bristol! is in a fenced off area of the site, with
a main entrance/exit and a further two additional emergency exits. Camping
facilities will be available to ticket holders only.
General camping facilities include:
• Toilets . . free and checked/cleaned as necessary on a regular basis
• Showers . . free hot showers available
• Drinking water . . available free of charge
• Perimeter lighting
• Waste bins
Cooking and fires
Open fires and candles are strictly forbidden for safety reasons, as are disposable
BBQs. Small gas camping stoves are permitted in the campsite only. Campers
must ensure gas canisters are not changed inside tents or caravans.
Water
There is a drinking water point inside the campsite. To conserve water, we will do
allow paddling pools.
Noise
No sound systems, amplified music, stereos, drums or any other noisy items are
allowed on site. Campers who disregard this regulation will be asked to leave the
camping area.
We have loads of extra entertainment for you in
our Big Top to get the weekend started, kicking
off at 7 o’clock on Friday night.

Saturday night will see Owen Paul performing
at 10:30pm, plus there’ll be DJs to keep you all
entertained.
Campsite bar opening times:
Friday: 5pm-1am
Saturday: 11am-1am
Sunday: 11am-11:30pm
Please note that the campsite closes at midday
on Monday 8th June.
Alcohol
Glass bottles are only allowed in the campsite and not on any other part of the
festival site. There is a full bar providing a range of soft and alcoholic drinks
Only campers will be allowed to bring in their own supply of alcohol, to be kept in
the campsite and not the main arena or Big Top. Stewards/marshals manning the
campsite entrance will ensure that alcohol is not brought outside of the campsite.
There is a zero tolerance policy on any illegal substances (including legal highs),
unruly behaviour or apparent severe intoxication. Stewards/Marshals will have
the right to refuse anyone entry into the festival site, or eject anyone on any of
these grounds.
Security of tents, campervans and property
Our stewards/marshals will keep a watchful eye on the camping field for the
whole festival. However, please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any
losses that may occur and that our stewards/marshals may request to search you
and your possessions.
Pets
No pets are allowed on site, except guide dogs for the blind.
Rubbish
Please dispose of rubbish in the bins that are be provided.
