3rd International Conference of PhD Students and Young Researchers SECURITY AS THE PURPOSE OF LAW 9-10 April 2015 Vilnius University Faculty of Law The conference papers will be published online on the website of the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University and at least one open access database as special edition. Therefore, we ask you to observe the topic of the Conference (“Security as the Purpose of Law”). The papers should be written in a clear, easy to understand manner, grammatical edited and be readable for a wide audience. The Scientific Committee of the Conference will consider papers and will not publish incomplete or irrelevant papers. Requirements for papers A paper should include the following parts: 1. Title (maximum of 70 characters) 2. Information about the author (concise) 3. Abstract (up to 300 words) 4. Keywords (4-5) 5. Introduction 6. Main body 7. Conclusion 8. Bibliography Please make sure that you use British English. Papers should be 1 500 to 3 000 words (introduction, main body, conclusion; excluding footnotes, bibliography). Font: Times New Roman Size: 12 Line spacing: single Special attention should be paid to quotations, footnotes, and references. All citations and quotations must be verified before submission of the paper. The accuracy of the contribution is the responsibility of the author. Footnotes should be numbered consecutively, using the footnote function in Word so that if any footnotes are added or deleted the others are automatically renumbered. A bibliography should be included in the end of the paper. Submitted papers are understood to be final versions. They must not have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. Papers should be submitted in Word format. By submitting author of a paper agrees that the paper will be published by the Organisers of the Conference in the official website of the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University, other open access databases and distributed during the Conference.
