Mid-June – Earliest date that colleges may ask for a
deposit or fees for next year.
July 2 – Final marks are sent to OCAS – check to
ensure that all courses / marks are correct

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT HOURS
You must complete your community hours in order to graduate. In order for them to be recorded in
time for marks to be sent to OUAC/OCAS and to indicate that you have graduated, submit them to
Student Services by Monday June 22. Your offer of admission may be revoked if you do not have
your diploma by the end of June.
