Listing Specialist to write the contract and process it through escrow, you merely pay a Total

If your property sells to a buyer procured through the MLS or The Legacy Group
marketing. and another agent represents the buyer -- the buyer’s agent’s commission is 3% and
The Legacy Group Listing Specialist’s commission is 3%. Total Commission is 6%.

ou can withdraw your listing with The Legacy Group at any time according to our
Easy Exit Listing Agreement. Simply provide us with 24-hour written notice, and
the cancellation becomes effective immediately; however, allow five business days to
have the sign removed and the listing withdrawn from the Multiple Listing Service.

What is a renovation loan and how does it work?
What, Why, How
Renovation financing allows someone to purchase your home if it’s in less than ideal condition or
great condition but a person wants to put their personal touch on it: cabinets, granite, flooring, an
addition, etc. They can make the improvements immediately after closing and there is no
minimum renovation amount.
Who Can Benefit
Homebuyers can purchase your home in any condition “as-is” and begin their renovation
immediately after closing. The loan closes and funds prior to any work beginning. There are no
restrictions on the type of improvements that can be made, however all improvements must be
fixed to the property and add value. Luxury items are permitted: new pool, deck-pavers…Vision!
Common Misconceptions
“Renovation loans are hard to do and complicated.“ Not true! It all comes down to the people
