GRADUATION PRACTICE
Wednesday, May 27, 2014 at 8:15 AM at the stadium.
If you are not at graduation practice, you will not be allowed to participate in graduation. NO
EXCEPTIONS.
This is NOT a dress rehearsal so please DO NOT wear your cap and gown.
1. You will need to enter through the gate at the field house and report to the home side of the stadium
where you will sit with YOUR homeroom.
2. Someone will read out a list of names of those students who owe the school a debt or a fine. Please
make sure to start taking care of these before this date or it could affect your participation in the
graduation ceremony.
3. We have had to move graduation practice to the gymnasium in years past due to inclement weather.
Please pay close attention to your phone calls during this time because the school will send out a
message through the phone tree if graduation practice needs to be moved.
4. Remember…this practice is MANDATORY…so if you need to make arrangements through your
employer to be there, you take care of this as soon as possible. You WILL NOT participate in
graduation if you are not present to practice.
5. Most of the time the ground is wet at the stadium this early in the morning, so please keep that in
