CRC “Senior Decision Week”; Stop by the CRC during lunch/study hall for snacks and free
t-shirt while you complete the required final steps toward graduation.

All graduation forms must be turned in to the Main Office, Room 1101. (

National Candidate Reply Date:
You must commit to your college choice by this date. You
must also inform any additional colleges who offered you admission that you will not be
attending.

Deadline to order Senior Graduation Party Tickets (See June 5th for more details).

Scholarship & Awards Form
to the
CRC
to inform us about
scholarships you have been offered so that you can be invited to and included in the
Honors Night celebration.
● Deadline to return Military Enlistment/Military Academy Appointment form to the CRC
to let us know if you have enlisted in the military or have accepted an appointment to a
military academy so that you can be invited to, and included in, the Honors Night
celebration.
● Absolute deadline to go to the CRC to complete your senior survey on Naviance, put your
flag on the map, have your photo taken and get a FREE t-shirt.

Yearbook Distribution during all lunch periods
Thursday, May 28th
Cap and Gown Distribution
Caps and Gowns will be distributed in the front foyer during the lunch periods to all seniors who
have cleared their financial obligations. Go to Room 117 if you have an outstanding balance.

Make-ups for physical education classes are due

Senior Picnic (optional) and Mandatory Graduation Practice
The Senior Picnic will be held in the stadium from 11:00 AM-12:45 PM. Practice will begin
promptly at 1:00 PM in the main gym. Practice is MANDATORY. All seniors must be present.
All financial obligations must be paid in order to receive graduation tickets. Graduation and
Grad Party tickets will be distributed during practice.

Graduation Ceremony at 7:00 PM at Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman EstatesSeniors must arrive by 5:45 PM
and enter through Suite Door #3 (upper dock Blue lot C).

The senior graduation party is held in the LHS field house.
