Abstract Title of the Study: Degree of Implementation the Head Teachers-Secondary School for Girls in the Holly Mecca City for Reflective Thinking and its Impact on Managerial Decision-Making Name of the researcher: Hanadi Muslim Safar Al-Sa’edi. Degree: Master's Degree in Educational Planning and Management. Name of the Supervisor of the study: D. Ola Mahmoud Al-Hamaida. Objectives of the study: Detection of the degree of implementation the head teacherssecondary school for girls in the Holly Mecca city for reflective thinking and their ability to managerial decision-making. In addition, detection the impact of reflective thinking implementation on the managerial decision-making ability. And identify the differences between the estimates of the school head teachers to grade the for reflective thinking implementation, and the degree of their ability to managerial decision-making, depending on the variables of qualification, and the number of years of experience in school administration, and the number of training courses. Methodology of the study: Descriptive methodology. Study Community: All head teachers of secondary school for girls in the city of Holly Mecca, the totally number was (57) school head teacher. Study Instrument: a questionnaire consisted of 81 items distributed on two parts, the first part measures the reflective thinking, and the second part measures the managerial decision-making ability. Statistical Methods: Descriptive Statistics (means, standard deviations), Multiple Regression Analysis, Independent Samples T-test, One Way ANOVA. Most Important Results of the Study: - The results showed that the degree of reflective thinking implementation (open-mindedness, responsibility, feedback) came within a high degree of implementation. - The results showed that the degree of decision-making ability: (the configuration to managerial decision-making, participation in managerial decision-making, drafting managerial decision and announced it, monitoring the enforcement of the managerial decision) came within a high degree of implementation. - There is statistically significant impact at the level (α ≤ 0.05) for reflective thinking implementation on the managerial decision-making ability in general, and the domain of responsibility is the most influential domain on the managerial decision-making ability in general, followed by the open-mindedness, and finally the feedback - There is statistically significant differences at the level (α ≤ 0.05) between head teachers estimates of the reflective thinking implementation, in totally and (open-mindedness, feedback) domains due to the qualification variable, in favor of the head teachers of a qualified Master. - There is no statistically significant differences at the level (α ≤ 0.05) between head teachers estimates of the reflective thinking implementation, due to the variables: the number of years of experience in school administration, and the number of training courses. - There is no statistically significant differences at the level (α ≤ 0.05) between head teachers estimates of ability to managerial decision-making, due to variables: the qualification, number of years of experience in school administration, and the number of training courses. Most important Recommendations: The most important recommendations: the need to hold training courses for secondary school head teachers and other stages, on how to employ the reflective thinking in managerial decision-making. In addition, holding training courses in how to practice the reflective thinking during the managerial work for head teachers with bachelor's and diploma education. ب
