Welcome back. We hope you had a 1 FSA ELA Testing (Grade 3-4) great Spring Break! FSA testing has started. See FSA and 3 No School/Holiday FCAT testing dates below. Be sure to conference with your 7-8 FSA Math Testing (Grade 3-4) child’s teacher and maintain ongoing communication for 8 Kindergarten Round-Up & STEM @ 6pm academic and social updates. 10 Take Our Children To Work Day 14-15 FCAT Science Testing (Grade 5) for April 8th @ 6pm. All parents with incoming kindergarten 15 Report Cards distributed students are encouraged to attend to learn about programs 16 SAC Meeting @ 5pm and tour the school. Our tutoring program for selected Grade 20-23 FSA ELA computer-based Testing (Grade 5) 3-5 students continues this month. If your child was selected, 22 Gold Honor Roll Ceremony (Gr. K-5) @ 5:30pm be sure to have your child attend each weekday and weekend 27-30 FSA Math computer-based Testing (Grade 5) session. Questions? K-2) @ 6-7:30pm semester STEM Museum Exhibition Nights are quickly 13 STEM Museum Night (Gr. 3-5) @ 6-7:30pm approaching. Levine, Principal April 7-8: Grade 3-4 FSA Math April 14-15: Grade 5 FCAT Science April 20-23: Grade 5 FSA ELA April 27-30: Grade 5 FSA Math Visit the Liberty website: Liberty.browardschools.com Information from Margate Resource Officer Lombardo: Car Loop Drop Off/Pick Up Guidelines In order to ensure the safety of the children at school please adhere to the following when dropping off/picking up your child: 1- Please pay attention to traffic direction by the staff members and SRO. 2- Please pull all the way forward without leaving large gaps between cars. 3- Students have their belongings ready to go before stopping to exit the car. 4- All students should exit (8-10) cars, once coming to a complete stop. 5- Please have students exit from the right side of your car, if you need assistance please ask a staff member to help you. 6- Students may NOT be dropped off in parking lot area to walk by themselves through the parking area, this is not safe for students. 7-Please do not drop students off on Banks Rd. This is extremely dangerous due to the high volume of traffic in the mornings. 8- If you are in the car line please do not park and get out of your car. 9- You may park in the parking lot and walk your child across the crosswalk to the front door of the school. 10- Do not pull your car up in the parking lot to walk your child to the front door-park in a parking spot. 11- Please use our crosswalk as opposed to crossing between the cars when walking to and from your car to the school. 12- Please do NOT use your cellphone while in the car line. 13- When picking up students after school please pull all the way forward (to the crosswalk) especially if you arrive early.
