Challenge:
Capture quality leads from hundreds of thousands of patrons at the CIAS. Track lead origination to
sales/customer service representative and allow for an efficient solution for lead follow up. Allow
for social sharing component for attendee’s experience with Canadian Olympian at the BMW booth.
Solution:
Use Limelight’s proprietary “Hot Lead Technology to digitally capture and qualify leads in real
time. Use Limelight’s integration platform to sync leads with BMW’s CRM system to ensure leads
are funneled to the appropriate local dealership.
